If it is your first time at the gym you might want to take today to just get orientated with the equipment. On my first day I went thru all of the weight machines and had a person familiar with the gym tell me how they were arranged (by muscle groups). I took my camera and a notebook so I could come home and plan my workout schedule. Did I feel silly? Ya, a bit… but I am WAY beyond caring what anyone thinks of the chubby gal with the camera.
